2019 Fall Season Assessments

When is the last day to register?

Saturday, August 17, 2019 is the last day to register at the $100 registration cost.  On Saturday, we will have volunteers available to help you register your child.  However, it is recommended to register online before Saturday to avoid the crowd.

After Saturday, August 17, the registration cost will increase and be limited only to the divisions where additional kids are needed to fill teams.

How do I sponsor my child’s team?
Bear Creek Little League is able to keep the registration cost down through the generous sponsorships of  local businesses.  Most of our team sponsorships come from parents asking their employer to sponsor their child’s team.  Sponsorships are awarded in the order that they are received, so submit your sponsorship request as soon as possible.  You can download the sponsorship request form here.

Why is my child playing at a different age than he really is?
For the Fall Season, Bear Creek Little League follows the 2020 Little Little Age Chart.  Since this is the age chart that is followed in the Spring Season, we use the Fall Season as an instructional season and play the kids in the division that they will play in the Spring. We have found that by having a less competitive season in the Fall season it better prepares the kids for the more competitive Spring season.

8/24 - 8/25 : Teams formed
8/26 : Practices begin
9/23 : Games begin

Please make sure you like us on Facebook and join our mailing list to stay updated. Please check back often as some dates may change.

Please reference the FAQ section for the 2020 league age as we will play by next years league age for the fall. You may request to play in an upper division.

Bear Creek Little League Election Results

Greetings Parents,

The Bear Creek Little League Board of Director elections were an overwhelming success for the 2019 season.  With seventeen available Director positions and twenty-eight candidates, we had more parent and community involvement than we’ve had in years!  It is my hope this momentum continues throughout the fall season and into next year, and we continue to fill committee positions and other non-board volunteer positions with parents and other members interested in improving the league.  As you may know, Bear Creek Little League is 100% volunteer so we need as much help as possible.  If you’re interested in joining a committee, training to become an umpire, making a monetary donation, or just have some extra time occasionally to help with special events like opening day, please reach out to Daniel Souers at .  We want to help get you plugged in!

That said, it is my pleasure to announce the Bear Creek Little League Fiscal Year 2019 Board of Directors:
